The night kicks off with the Ritz Réserve, Extra Brut as a palate opener, paired with Japanese Wagyu served in two ways. A pan-seared venison follows with two vintages of Château Mouton Rothschild from the historical Premier Cru Classe with two distinct taste profiles.
Guests will also enjoy the company of Mr. Frédéric Mairesse, Managing Director of Champagne Barons de Rothschild, who looks forward to sharing his knowledge and expertise behind the Rothschild family's finest productions.
