Château Lynch-Bages Wine Pairing Dinner

With a rich history dating back to the 18th century, Château Lynch-Bages, located in the Pauillac appellation of the Bordeaux wine region, is ranked among the Fifth Classified Growths.

 

Enjoy some of Bordeaux's best wines such as the 2005 Château Lynch-Bages and the 1999 Château Lynch-Bages, alongside a curated seven-course dinner menu that includes sautéed Miyazaki wagyu beef, and deep-fried stuffed sea cucumber with glutinous rice.

Take your celebrations up a notch at our one MICHELIN star restaurant with exclusive Lunar New Year culinary highlights.

 

Toss to auspicious beginnings with Summer Pavilion's indulgent geoduck clam with black caviar yu sheng. Culinary highlights include the braised 18-head South African abalone with pan-fried oyster; sautéed scallop with sea cucumber and seasonal vegetables; braised fish maw soup with bamboo pith and crab meat; and Chef Cheung Siu Kong's poached Ibérico rice dumplings in superior stock that is reminiscent of his Lunar New Year celebrations in Hong Kong.

Diners celebrating the first 15 days of the Lunar New Year at Summer Pavilion will receive a set of limited edition Ritz-Carlton red packets and a pair of Mandarin oranges, per reservation. A minimum reservation of two persons is required.
