Celebrate the nation’s birthday at One Michelin Star Summer Pavilion, where Cantonese artistry meets an elevated twist on local heritage. From 3 to 9 August 2026, curated set menus by Chef Cheung Siu Kong showcase sautéed crab claw with white pepper sauce, barbecued Iberico pork in coffee sauce, deep-fried fresh prawn in salted egg yolk sauce, and baked lobster in Shacha sauce with steamed glutinous rice, chicken and Chinese sausage.
