Usher in the opulence of spring at Summer Pavilion and toss to auspicious beginnings with the indulgent king scallop and salmon roe Yu Sheng.

 

Elevate your celebrations at our one MICHELIN star restaurant with exclusive Lunar New Year culinary highlights such as steamed Dong Xing Grouper in soy sauce; double-boiled fish bone soup with fish maw; and poached rice with Australian lobster meat.
 
Six- to eight- course set lunch and dinner menus from SGD 168 per person, diners celebrating the first 15 days of the Lunar New Year at Summer Pavilion will receive a set of limited-edition Ritz-Carlton red packets and a pair of Mandarin oranges per reservation.
 
2 to 15 February, 19 February to 3 March 2026
Lunch: 11.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. 
Dinner: 6.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.
 
16 February 2026
Lunch: 11.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
Dinner: first seating: 5.45 p.m. to 7.30 p.m., second seating: 8.30 p.m. to 10.15 p.m.
Pre-payment is required.
 
17 and 18 February 2026
Lunch: first seating: 11 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., second seating: 1.15 p.m. to 2.30 p.m.
Dinner: 6.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.
 
 
A minimum reservation of two persons is required. Vegetarian Yu Sheng and Pen Cai are also available for takeaway.

Even if your event or celebration is held at The Commonwealth (Level Two) or in The Grand Ballroom (Level One), your guests can still enjoy curated set menus by Summer Pavilion.
