Caymus Wine Dinner
One night only
Join us at Summer Pavilion for a one-night-only Caymus Vineyards Wine Dinner, featuring the celebrated wines of the Wagner family.
This six-course dinner begins with Mer Soleil Chardonnay in both unoaked and oaked styles, paired with Sautéed Diced Pork, Prawn Paste Stuffed Barbecued Suckling Pig, and Pan-fried Sea Perch. The evening then unfolds into the signature Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon from California and Napa Valley, complemented by dishes such as Pan-seared Lamb Chop with Black Pepper Sauce and Steamed Glutinous Rice with Fresh Prawn wrapped in lotus leaf.
Hosted by Jenny Park, Market Manager of Wagner Family of Wines, the evening offers a guided journey through the winery’s heritage, vineyards, and winemaking philosophy.

Delight Mum and Dad with MICHELIN Cantonese cuisine at Summer Pavilion, featuring highlights such as the Braised South African Dried Abalone with Deep-fried Prickly Sea Cucumber in Abalone Sauce, Duo of Dong Xing Grouper, Baked Canadian Lobster in Chili Sauce and Braised Hong Kong Noodle with Scallop and Black Caviar in Lobster Broth.
