Bocuse d'Or Singapore collaboration with Summer Pavilion

Experience the finest melding of Western and Eastern cuisine when Bocuse D’or Singapore and Asia candidate Chef Mathew Leong and Chef Cheung Siu Kong join forces for a menu like no other.

 

Widely regarded as the culinary Olympics, Mathew Leong, Head Chef of Two Michelin-starred RE:NAA will represent Singapore and Asia in this prestigious competition. Savour the flavours and fine touch techniques that have earned strong reputations for both chefs, in this unique one-day event. Proceeds raised will contribute to funding Mathew's training expenses and supporting Team Singapore's mission.

Look forward to authentic Cantonese dishes such as double-boiled superior bird's nest soup with sea whelk; braised six-head whole South African abalone; and sweetened almond tea with peach gum. All mothers will receive a carnation as a memento of this special occasion.
